3.2 Client Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your intellectual property provided to us. By engaging our services, you grant us a limited license to use your intellectual property solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
3.3 Work Product
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, you will own all custom software, applications, and deliverables we create specifically for you, subject to our retained rights in any pre-existing intellectual property and general methodologies.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

5. Mobile Applications - Apple App Store Compliance
For mobile applications developed for iOS and distributed through the Apple App Store, additional terms apply:
5.1 App Store Terms
Your use of any iOS application we develop is subject to the App Store Terms of Service and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
5.2 Data Collection and Privacy
Mobile applications comply with Apple's privacy requirements, including:
- Transparent data collection practices
- User consent before accessing device features
- Compliance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Secure data transmission and storage
5.3 Age Restrictions
Applications that may be used by minors include appropriate age verification and parental consent mechanisms where required by law.
5.4 Content Guidelines
All applications adhere to Apple's App Review Guidelines and do not contain:
- Inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
- Malicious code or security vulnerabilities
- Functionality that violates user privacy
- Content that promotes illegal activities
6. Service Availability and Support
6.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
6.2 Technical Support
Support terms are defined in individual service agreements. We provide reasonable assistance for issues related to our developed applications and services.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
- Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
- All prices are in SEK unless otherwise specified
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prima Nordic Solution shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from third-party services or integrations
- Issues arising from modifications made by third parties
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Prima Nordic Solution harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance
10.1 Data Processing
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14. Apple-Specific Terms for iOS Applications
For applications distributed through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
14.1 Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
14.2 Product Claims
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application or your possession and use of the application, including:
- Product liability claims
- Compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements
- Claims arising under consumer protection legislation
14.3 Intellectual Property
We, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim.
14.4 Developer Contact Information
Prima Nordic Solution is responsible for providing maintenance and support services. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prima Nordic Solution.
