Mobile Application End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acknowledgement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Prima Nordic Solution only, and not Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). Prima Nordic Solution, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.

2. Scope of License

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Prima Nordic Solution grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:

• Download, install, and use the Licensed Application on your compatible devices
• Access and use the Licensed Application's features and functionality
• Receive updates and support as provided by Prima Nordic Solution

This license is limited to:

• Your personal, non-commercial use (unless otherwise specified)
• Use on devices that you own or control
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Maintenance and Support

Prima Nordic Solution is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application. Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services.

4. Warranty

Prima Nordic Solution warrants that the Licensed Application will substantially conform to its description and function as intended. If the Licensed Application fails to conform to this warranty, you may notify the App Store, and they may refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google will have no other warranty obligations with respect to the Licensed Application.

5. Product Claims

Prima Nordic Solution, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Licensed Application, including:

• Product liability claims
• Claims that the application fails to conform to legal requirements
• Claims arising under consumer protection legislation
• Privacy and data protection claims

6. Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application infringes intellectual property rights, Prima Nordic Solution, not Apple or Google, will be responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claims.

7. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a region subject to U.S. Government embargo
• You are not listed on any prohibited or restricted parties list
• You will comply with all applicable laws when using the Licensed Application

8. Third-Party Terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Licensed Application. For example, if the application uses VoIP functionality, you must not violate your wireless data service agreement.

9. Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

10. Data Collection and Privacy

The Licensed Application may collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to such collection and use in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Licensed Application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality
• Transmit harmful code or malware through the application

12. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and delete all copies.
